e^deltacom DEBUTS SERVICES IN ATLANTA DURING NETWORLD + INTEROP
A DIVISION OF ITC^DeltaCom

Atlanta, GA (September 26, 2000) - e^deltacom, the Atlanta-based division of ITC^DeltaCom, Inc. (NASDAQ/NM: ITCD), announced a suite of managed and professional services today. The announcement was made at the Networld + Interop convention which is being held this week in Atlanta.

e^deltacom is an outsource provider of IT solutions in the growing digital economy, providing solutions, services and the digital infrastructure businesses need to survive and thrive in the digital community. e^deltacom's first Data Center location, scheduled to go live in Atlanta in November 2000, will provide state-of-the-art advanced server hosting and colocation capabilities to companies requiring a web presence as well as for ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and ASPs (Application Service Providers). As a division of ITC^DeltaCom, e^deltacom is backed by the resources, experience and infrastructure of one of the premier integrated telecommunications providers in the Southern U.S. and is built on ITC^DeltaCom's extensive ten-state fiber network.
